Orders and Payments

2.Payment methods: South African Rand (ZAR) is supported, accepting PayFast, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), e-wallets, etc.;

3.Order Confirmation: After successful payment, the system will send an email confirmation, which shall be deemed as the contract coming into effect.

Delivery and Shipment

1.Delivery area: All over South Africa, including major cities like Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, etc.;

2.Delivery time: Usually 3-7 working days, may be extended in remote areas;

3.Receipt Requirements: Please inspect the goods on the spot for completeness; if damaged, refuse to sign and contact us at (support@techzone4u.co.za).

Products and Warranty

1.All products are brand-new and genuine, complying with South African import standards;

2.Computers and components come with a 12-month local warranty (some brands can be extended, see product details for specifics);

3.Warranty coverage: Hardware failures not caused by human factors; software issues (e.g., system crashes) need to be resolved by yourself or via paid repair.

Limitation of Liability

1.We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., data loss, business interruption);

2.Product prices are subject to order confirmation; if adjustments are needed due to exchange rate or inventory changes, we will notify you in advance.

Dispute Resolution

1.In case of disputes, first resolve them through email negotiation;

2.If negotiation fails, submit to the jurisdiction of the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court in South Africa.
