Return Conditions

  • Products must be applied for return within 7 days (from the date of receipt), and remain unused with original packaging intact (including accessories, manuals, warranty cards);
  • Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
  • Opened and used software or system disks;
  • Human-damaged hardware (e.g., cracked screen, water damage);
  • Products affected in secondary sales due to personal reasons (e.g., “don’t like it,” “wrong model purchased”).

Return Process

1.Email returns@techzone4u.co.za, stating the order number, reason for return, and attaching product photos;

2.We will respond within 2 working days and provide the return address (Johannesburg Warehouse: [Specific Address]);

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs (if due to product quality issues, we will reimburse the shipping fee);

4. After the product is inspected and approved, refunds (returned to the original payment method) or exchanges will be processed within 14 working days.

Refund Instructions

  • The refund amount is the original product price (excluding shipping and insurance fees);
  • If purchased with a promo code, the refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.

Exchange Policy

  • If the product you received has quality issues or the wrong model, we will replace it with the same product for free;
  • If you need to exchange for another model, you will need to pay the price difference based on the new product price.

Exceptions

  • Promotional and clearance items only support exchanges, not refunds;
  • Customized products (e.g., laptops with engraved text) are not accepted for return or exchange without quality issues.
